What products can be redeemed when using a gift card?: A recipient can redeem their favorite item, subjected to availability upon order. <br>If the item price exceeds amount of the gift card, the recepient will pay the excess amount for it.
Are there expiration dates for eGift?: The expiration date is stated on the ticket screen, please confirm it before visiting to outlets.
Is there any registration required by the reciepient to use eGift?: No app, no registrations are required.
Can I cancel and get a refund after the purchase of eGift?: If the payment is competed, your purchase cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Will there be change returned if purchase amount is less than the gift card amount?: Please note that no change will be given.
What kind of payment method do you accept?: Credit card and bank transfer is available.

Will I know if the receiver used the gift card or not?: You can not confirm the status of the gift card you sent.

I provided a wrong email address and didn't receive my online receipt. Is it possible to resend the receipt to the corect email address?: We are unable to resend emails regarding confirmation of order. Please contact to the support desk with your "order number", which is displayed upon completion of purchase to confirm your order.

I've accidentally closed the page which displays the gift card URL and have not sent the gift card. How can I reaccess the gift card I purchased?: You can reaccess the gift card URL at the "YOUR ORDERS" tab and resend it.

Do I need to send the gift card immediately after purchase?: As long as the gift card URL is kept, you can send the gift card anytime you wish. However, please note that the expiration date is 3 months from date of purchase, not date sent.

What is Baskin Robbins Malaysia eGift?: Baskin Robbins Malaysia eGift is an online gift card service which can be sent through social media platforms like WhatsApp, Email or Messenger. Recipients can use the gift card by opening the provided URL through a Mobile Browser and redeeming it at corresponding outlets.
